MARKETING HEAD – GENERATOR
Lambda has started production of Eco friendly Generators from its plant at Baddi in Himachal and needs following managers.
MARKETING HEAD – GENERATOR ( Location: Gurgaon )
- Serve as a frontline Marketing Head.
- Create and initiate selling strategies by positioning the product.
- Design and develop marketing plans including direct mail campaign, brochures and catalogs to increase awareness for the product.
- Conduct trade shows and schedule other key marketing activities.
- Evaluate strategies in product messaging and positioning, for selling in telecom & INDUSTRIAL Units.
- Lead and conduct market research for the product.
- Initiate and execute product marketing plans in an effective manner.
- Monitor competitors' products and improvise selling strategies for own products.
- Identify customer needs and requirements.
- Build customer base by identifying potential markets for the product.
- Prepare and allocate budgets across product marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate and interact with the production, marketing and sales teams to position products
- Create advertising and promotional campaign for the product.
PRODUCT MANAGER/ DESIGN ENGINEER/ R & D ENGINEER --- GENERATORS
- Must have experience in Design and development of engines & generators.
- Should be capable to define road map for design & development for next 10 years.
- Initiate, execute and manage products or projects from conception to development to finished product including its launch.
- Should have sound knowledge of testing of engines & generators and remote monitoring of health of running generators.
- Initiate and establish 'next generation' management tools and systems across all product lines.
- Research and develop activities to assess, test and deliver products.
- Monitor and document emerging trends in product marketing.
- Resolve all customer issues relating to the product line.
- Adhere to the best practices and standards of the company in managing products or services.
MANAGER SPACE SELLING (LED SCREENS) under kashrey Media Innoventures Pvt Ltd Gurgaon
- Responsible for the Marketing of space on LED screens being installed in NCR.
- Person will be responsible for Advertising, Promotion, Marketing, Sales and Public Relations.
- A person should have a high level of creativity and strong communication skills.
- The person should have experience from Space Selling industries with more than 5 years.
- The person should have knowledge of Various Medias of advertising.
- He should be able to plan Marketing Strategies to meet define targets.
- Evaluate customer research Marketing Conditions, competitor data and implement Marketing Plan.
- He will report to the Executive director.
- He should have experience of Space Booking from Telecom/Consumer Brands/Corporate houses/MNCs/Films.
- Sell advertising space to clients.
- Create sales targets and achieve results.
- Capture new clients with creative briefs.
- Develop new clients' base by providing effective advertising services.
- Understand client needs and requirements & convert them into business.
- Sell innovative solutions to clients.
- Research, evaluate and understand marketing trends in LED Screens.
- Understand and evaluate competitor products.
- Answer and respond to client inquiries .
4. Marketing Manager- BTS Antenna :
- RF Engineer with good knowledge in Microwave Engineering.
- Experience in Sales and Design of GSM/ Wi-Mx Antenna, Diplexer, TMA and Jumper Cables.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales and Marketing.
