Mr. Surinder Goel : Director (Operations & Finance)

Mr. Surinder Goel is a successful entrepreneur with a track-record of having established several successful businesses in the last two decades namely ARB Bearings, Eastern Bearings and Mediplus (India) Ltd. At LETL he has overall responsibility for Operations and Finance areas.

Mr. Kunjan Arora : Executive Director (Marketing and Business Development)

Mr.Kunjan Arora holds a Masters Degree in Electronics Engineering and a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of IIMS. He leads an aggressive and progressive marketing team and is responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of marketing plans for the consumer and the business markets.

Mr. Raman Uppal : President (Business Development.)

Mr. Uppal has vast experience in the Indian Telecom Industry, during his tenure he has held positions like Business Development Director – India & Sri Lanka for CH2M Hill India [P] Ltd., Country Head – India & Sri Lanka for Consistel India [P] Ltd., Business Development Director for Green Field Towers India [P] Ltd, Vice President Business Development – Synergy Telecommunication [P] Ltd. Raman Uppal has rolled out around 3,800 sites on Turnkey basis for BSNL on behalf of Ericsson, Nokia & Nortel.

During his tenure in Synergy he achieved impressive growth for the company in terms of business by tripling the sales.

Mr. Nitin Wadhwa : Vice President ( International Business Development)

Mr. Nitin is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with more than a decade of global experience in product development and strategic Management for technology industries.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a Master of Science in Information Systems from New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Mr. Mahesh Kala : Vice President (Business Development and Projects)

Mr. Kala is a key member of the Lambda group, plays a vital role in providing direction to the group's forays into potential avenues of the new economy. He holds degrees in electronics and telecommunication and business management. He has a significant experience in the field of marketing and business development. Initially, he was responsible for managing sales, marketing, customer services, technical support and other administrative functions. Mr. Kala has participated in various international conferences/ seminars abroad in the area of EMI/EMC, Microwave Communication & Telecom Products. He is involved in successful joint ventures of the company.

Mr. Ravi Lodha (Infra Head, TSP)

Mr. Ravi Lodha, BE in Electronics and Telecom, has an experience of 20 years in marketing of electronics and telecom equipments. Mr. Lodha has worked at senior marketing positions with Phillips India, VXL, HFCL, Convergelabs and Leadcom. He has delivered many complex projects like GSM Networks, Central Signaling and Microcontroller development System.

Mr. Anurag Mishra : GM (Technology)

Mr. Anurag Mishra is a 1987 graduate in Electrical & Electronics Engg. From BITS, Pilani. He specializes in Power Electronics. He has worked as Production head in a German joint venture company manufacturing Telecom SMPS system. He has also worked as Head- Railway Division and contributed in technology transfer for Electronic Interlocking System from M/s. Nippon Signal , Japan.

Mr. Sunil Gupta

Mr. Sunil Gupta, B.A. from Delhi University has an experience of 15 years in Operations, production and overall management functions by running my own garment unit with 300 workers and 4 years in LETL working as Head of Operations for telecom equipment and shelter for both Kundli and Dehradun factory.
